Biography
Asha Aravind is an Indian actress and model who is predominantly active in the Malayalam film industry. She was born on 8 May 1982 in Changanassery, Kottayam, Kerala.
Early Life
Asha Aravind spent her childhood in Thottakkad, Puthuppally, Kottayam. She developed an interest in dance from a young age and actively participated in dance and cultural competitions during her school years. She completed her education at a convent school.
After her marriage, Asha moved to Bengaluru, where she took part in Amrita TV's Best Actor reality show. The experience gave her an opportunity to explore acting and eventually paved the way for her entry into the entertainment industry.
Modelling Career
Before entering Malayalam cinema, Asha Aravind established herself as a model. She began her professional modelling career around 2010 and gained wider recognition through her appearance in a Titan Sonata advertisement.
She subsequently became a familiar face in television commercials and print advertisements, appearing in numerous advertising campaigns. According to BookMyShow, she has been featured in more than 200 advertisements and campaigns.
Film Career
Asha Aravind made her Malayalam film debut in 2012 with Arike, directed by Shyamaprasad. In the film, she portrayed the daughter of the character played by veteran actor Nedumudi Venu.
