Members of Kaineettam

The Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA) has implemented a scheme " Kaineettam ", which is set to provide a monthly stipend to actors who are advanced in age or are suffering from serious diseases. Currently, 112 members of AMMA are receiving a stipend of Rs.5000 per month. The association has incorporated the names of those who have embellished the movies of Mollywood for decades.

AMMA is giving financial assistance (Kaineettam) to the ailing members of the association as well. The total amount of Kaineettam was Rs.2000 initially and now it has been incremented to Rs.5000. For raising funds for AMMA, the movie Twenty 20 was produced by Dileep and almost all the artists in the Malayalam film industry were involved in the movie. The profits from the movie were later donated to the Kaineettam fund. AMMA has organized various stage shows and cultural events to raise funds for the Kaineettam project.

The Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA) always work for the welfare of the artists of Malayalam Cinema.
