Balachandran Chullikad is one of the noted poet, actor, music composer, lyricist, play back singer of the Malayalam movie industry. He started his acting career with the 1982 movie Pokkuveyil and later enacted in several movies like Ezhuthapurangal, Makalkku, Nerariyan CBI etc. Balachandran Chullikade is married to poetess Vijayalakshmi.
