Basically a costume designer, Indrans started his acting career from mid 80's. He appeared in small roles and got a real break with the movie 'CID Unnikrishnan BA Bed'. He has been part of more than 200 films. In most of these films, he did comedy roles. His typical lean body and funny voice has always lured the Malayalees. Indrans is married to Sganthakumari and they have two children.
