Young Malavika started her career with television serials. Later she was casted in the Kamal movie Karuthapakshikal. Her role a littile blind girl bought her the Kerala State Best Child Artist Award. She got her Second Kerala State Award for her performance in the movie 'Oomakuyil Padumbol'. Now she is a student of Bhavans Vidhya Mandir, Thrissur.
