Shobha Mohan started her career as a child artist. Later, she appeared as a heroine in the movie Baloon. Her real entry into the movie industry was in early 2000. Then after, she became active in the industry. She is daughter of great actor Kottarakara Sreedharan Nair and sister of Sai Kumar. Both of her sons - Vinu Mohan and Anu Mohan are active in the industry.
