C. I. Paul (1944-14 December 2005) was a Malayalam film and television actor.

He was a member of the working party lead by Fr. Vadakkan and came to acting through the famous dramas by VL Jose. He was well appreciated for his performance in Kalanilayam dramas. Madatharuvi Kolacase was his first movie. In his initial years he was taking villainous roles and later changed to humorous and character roles. He acted in more than 300 films which include Karapuranda Jeevithangal, Kalikkalam, Aaryan, Oru CBI Dairykuruppu, Oru Vadakkunokkiyanthram, Samooham, Vellanakalude Nadu, Pakalpooram, etc.
