The meeting, presided over by Shri Jayan Cherthala, commenced at 10 AM and was inaugurated by Smt. Sheela. Shri Baburaj delivered the welcome speech.

The health check-up camp organized by AmmA in association with Rajagiri Hospital was inaugurated by Smt. Meena, while the creative writing competitions arranged for female members were inaugurated by Kumari Anashwara Rajan. The event also marked the launch of a web series featuring AmmA members both behind and in front of the camera. Actress and director Sheela expressed her wish for more women to enter the field of direction.

During the concluding ceremony in the evening, directors Shri Rafi and Shri Ajay Vasudev distributed the prizes. The creative writing competition was judged by Smt. Ashwathi Sreekanth. The event also featured speeches by Shri Vinu Mohan, Shri Shajon, Shri Unni Shivapal, Smt. Sarayu Mohan, Kumari. Ansiba Hassan, and Smt. Kuku Parameswaran.
