The Asif Ali starrer Kishkindha Kaandam is racing towards blockbuster status. From the very first day, the film has been receiving excellent responses, along with strong word-of-mouth publicity. Trade analysts predict that if the movie continues on this path, it will soon enter the 50 crore club, making it Asif Ali's first film to achieve this milestone.

Directed by Dinjith Ayyathan, the film was released on September 12 as an Onam release. The cast also includes Vijayaraghavan, Jagadish, Ashokan, Nishan, Vaishnavi Raj, Major Ravi, Nizhalgal Ravi, Shebin Benson, Kottayam Ramesh, Bilas Chandrahasan, Master Aarav, and Jibin Gopinath.

Goodwill Entertainments, after their previous success with Romancham, has delivered yet another superhit. Reports suggest that the film has already recovered its budget, and OTT rights are yet to be sold. The film is not only receiving positive feedback in India but is also being well-received overseas.
