The book *"Idavelakalillathe"* was launched at the 30th Annual General Body Meeting of the Malayalam film artists' association 'AMMA,' held at the Gokulam Convention Centre in Ernakulam. The book, written by K. Suresh and published by Lipi Publications, is a memoir of Idavela Babu, an actor who has made a significant mark in the Malayalam film industry. The book was officially released by Suresh Gopi, Union Minister of State for Petroleum and a renowned actor, by presenting it to Padma Bhushan Mohanlal.

The colorful event was attended by prominent film stars such as Shweta Menon, Maniyanpilla Raju, Siddique, Jayasurya, K. Suresh, and Lipi Akbar, the driving force behind Lipi Publications.

*Idavelakalillathe* not only covers the life of Idavela Babu but also provides detailed insights into the 'AMMA' organization, including its inception, the crises it faced, and how it overcame them. The book features a beautifully written foreword by Padma Bhushan Mohanlal. It's a must-read for everyone involved in the film industry.
